In discussions with the Office of Public Affairs at the State University of New York at Oswego, it became apparent to the office that the current website for SUNY Oswego was not addressing certain user needs. The solution that was proposed was to re-fresh the current website design, to develop new strategies for content in the future, and to address the increase in mobile devices accessing the website were being underserved by the current website and mobile web-application. I was tasked to design and develop 5 template pages to implement new look for the existing CMS and to utilize the Twitter Bootstrap framework within the development process to address mobile website issues.
